Licence
NextMe is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which governs your use of the app together with the NextMe terms below. You can read it here: Apple Standard EULA. Where these NextMe terms are stricter than the EULA, these terms apply.
What NextMe is
NextMe is a daily self-improvement companion. It turns face and skin care, posture, movement, meals, hydration and mindset into a repeatable daily plan and keeps your entries on your device. It is a tool for building habits, not a substitute for professional care.
Not medical advice
The routines, exercises, meal ideas and calorie estimates in NextMe are general wellness information. They are not medical, nutritional or psychological advice, and they do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Consult a doctor, dietitian or other qualified professional before changing your diet or exercise, especially if you have an injury, an eating disorder or any health condition. Stop any exercise that causes pain. The calorie estimate is a rough approximation and is not offered to anyone under 18.
Subscriptions
Some NextMe features require an auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple. The price and billing period are shown in the app before you buy. Your subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase and at each renewal.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings under Subscriptions, or in the App Store app. Deleting NextMe does not cancel a subscription.
- Where an introductory offer or free trial is shown, it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store rules. Request them at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Acceptable use
You may use NextMe only for your own personal, non-commercial purposes and in line with the EULA and applicable law. You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app or its content, interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that could harm you, others or AKRO-in. The app is designed for adults.
No guaranteed results
NextMe helps you keep a routine. It does not and cannot promise any particular appearance, weight, fitness, posture or mental-health outcome. Results depend on many factors outside the app, including your consistency, genetics, sleep and overall health.
Limitation of liability
NextMe is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, AKRO-in. d.o.o. excludes all warranties and is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any injury, loss of data or loss of profit arising from your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your consumer rights.
Changes and termination
We may update the app or these terms; the effective date above shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. We may end access if you breach these terms. You can stop using NextMe at any time by deleting the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Slovenia, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you enjoy in your country of residence.
